Our Program
Taekwondo Classes
We train in a safe environment equipped with all the necessary Taekwondo training equipment.

Preschool Class
The preschool class is at the initial stage where motor skills are just beginning to develop. At this stage, we focus on improving basic motor abilities and enhancing fundamental physical strength. Rather than learning many Taekwondo movements, we concentrate on mastering basic actions such as blocking, kicking, and punching. We also teach methods of group living and social skills. The curriculum is designed to promote the development of motor skills through activities using equipment like jump ropes, hula hoops, running, and balls.

Junior Class
This stage is where students can maximize the development of their motor skills. Students learn all Taekwondo movements from the basics, set personal goals, and train to achieve those goals. They are exposed to various aspects of Taekwondo, including basic movements, forms (poomsae), sparring, and demonstrations, and can make these skills their own. This stage helps build confidence and self-control. Additionally, students learn self-defense skills and techniques. Through Taekwondo training, they also learn basic etiquette, methods of group living, cooperation, social skills, and consideration for others.

Adult Class
Through Taekwondo, adults can enhance muscle strength, relieve stress, bring vitality to their lives, and learn basic self-defense techniques. The classes are designed with Taekwondo movements that are not difficult for adults to learn. We start with basic Taekwondo movements and adjust the intensity and amount of exercise according to the age and fitness level of the adults. By learning and practicing basic Taekwondo movements, adults can build physical strength and flexibility. This is an essential exercise for adults who may face a decline in muscle strength and reflexes, making them more prone to accidents. While mastering Taekwondo techniques, they also acquire self-defense skills.

Poomsae Specialised Training Class
This program is designed to cultivate a clear sense of purpose and encourage participation in various competitions to foster a sense of achievement. By participating in competitions and standing on big stages, students gain confidence and strive to become the best. Due to the high intensity and volume of training, students develop both physically and mentally strong selves. Unlike general trainees, students in this class learn detailed hand movements, speed control methods, and the start and end points of movements in Taekwondo poomsae. Kicking techniques, such as front kicks, side kicks, and roundhouse kicks, are taught to perfection to suit poomsae. Students are made aware that poomsae kicks and sparring kicks are entirely different and are trained to execute precise kicks. The goal is to create a perfect piece of art by mastering the hand and foot movements in poomsae. The ultimate aim is to win a medal at the World Championships, where New Zealand has yet to win one in Taekwondo. For athletes with big goals, we also provide opportunities to visit Korea, the homeland of Taekwondo, for further training.

Kyorugi(Sparring) Specialised Training Class
Kyorugi, considered the flower of Taekwondo, requires no explanation for its immense physical demands. Overcoming this rigorous training and pursuing a career as an athlete is a source of pride and excellence. We provide detailed and precise training in the essential aspects of Taekwondo sparring, including intense physical conditioning, step training, speed training, basic kicks, combination kicks, and strategies. The ultimate goal is to win a medal at the World Championships or the Olympics, where New Zealand has yet to achieve one in Taekwondo. We also offer opportunities for athletes with big goals to visit Korea, the homeland of Taekwondo, for further training.
