1. Registration and Fees

(1) All students must complete a registration form and pay the required fees prior to attending classes.
(2) Fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance for the term or session.
Class Attendance

2. Payment

(1) Tuition payments are due during the first week of each month.
(2) In the event of absences due to personal reasons after payment, the tuition will not be carried over to the following month. Please note that it is not possible to carry over absences to the next month or deduct the missed days from the following month’s tuition.
(3) We encourage you to make up for the missed classes by attending make-up sessions to cover the days you were absent.

3. Class Attendance

(1) Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. If a student cannot attend a class, they should notify the instructor in advance.
(2) The ANK Taekwondo Academy reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule as necessary.

4. Uniform and Equipment

(1) All students must wear the appropriate Taekwondo uniform (dobok) and belt during classes.
(2) Students are responsible for maintaining their own equipment in good condition.

5. Code of Conduct

(1) Students must show respect to instructors, fellow students, and the facilities at all times.
(2) Any form of misconduct, including bullying and aggressive behavior, will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the ANK Taekwondo Academy.

6. Health and Safety

(1) Students must inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
(2) Students should warm up properly before participating in any physical activities to prevent injuries.

7. Liability Waiver

(1) By enrolling in the ANK Taekwondo Academy, students (or their parents/guardians if under 18) acknowledge that participation in Taekwondo involves physical activities that carry a risk of injury.
(2) The ANK Taekwondo Academy and its instructors will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during classes, training sessions, or events. Students participate at their own risk.
(3) It is recommended that students have their own personal health insurance.

8. Photography and Media Consent

(1) The ANK Taekwondo Academy may take photographs or videos during classes and events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, students consent to the use of their images by the ANK Taekwondo Academy.

9. Privacy Policy

(1) The ANK Taekwondo Academy will collect personal information for registration purposes only and will not share this information with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

(1) The ANK Taekwondo Academy reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes.
